Baynna is a youth coaching firm aimed at supporting young adults between the ages of 16 – 35 with personal, career and leadership challenges.  It seeks to focus its efforts on Arab youth all around the world utilising current communication technologies.

Baynna stems from the belief that wisdom is passed between two people at least, hence the coaching relationship is symbiotic in nature.

The belief of the founder is that having coaching earlier on in life, allows an individual to move forward much more effectively than relying only on trial and error.

Meet Sarah

Get to know the founder

With almost 20 years of experience in vocational education, government reform, leadership development, programs and project management, innovation and strategy; Sarah brings a diversity of experience to the coaching conversation.  

Sarah has worked for some of the most prominent organisations in the UAE such as The Executive Office of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; where she led the re-launch of the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development’s new strategy and leadership programs.  She also co-led the development of whole-of-government leadership development in Abu Dhabi Government through the Center of Excellence – now called the Abu Dhabi School of Government.

Sarah can tap into a large network of professionals in various fields.  Utilising this pool of subject matter experts provides Sarah’s clients with an opportunity to be potentially mentored by individuals relevant to the client’s career of interest.  Sarah is also very well versed on the programs that are being offered in the UAE and internationally around leadership development.

She holds a master’s degree in public administration and is a Certified Personnel Practitioner from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (UK).  She is also a certified Trainer, Change Management Professional (Prosci) and Certified Chief Design Officer.  Sarah has completed an Executive Coaching and Mentoring certification and is a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) body.
